THIS CONDUIT USE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of June, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), between the Town of Los Gatos, a municipal entity in the State of California (the “Town”), and Zayo Group, LLC, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and assigns, a limited liability company (“Zayo”). The Town and Zayo may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
