Monaco di Baviera Classic is not a race. It is the umbrella under which a group of individual riders get an opportunity to enjoy a unique riding experience. It is a challenge which riders undertake under their own responsibility. Thus, Monaco di Baviera Classic, their facilitators, sponsors and any other party involved at the facilitation of the challenge will never be liable towards the participants, their heirs and other people, for what material or personal damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of releases or otherwise, and/or personal decease, injury of whatever nature and size, disability, or loss whatsoever, that the participant and other parties can experience in the context of the challenge. Should the rider suffer or produce any damage, the rider will be responsible for it.
