THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and Premiere Network Services, Inc., a Texas corporation, “(“Premiere”) and shall be deemed effective as of the Effective Date specified in Section 3 hereof. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Premiere or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
