The Alcorn County School District and Tippah County, Mississippi, (each a “Client” and collectively the “Client”) are jointly soliciting bids for certain managed print services pursuant to a Cooperative “Cost-per-Image” Agreement for Copying and Printing Services. The Alcorn County School District (“ACSD”) is acting as the bidding coordinator (the “Bidding Coordinator”) for each of the Clients.
