I, a Cayman Islands exempted company limited by shares (the “Purchaser”), and (ii) the undersigned party (“Holder”). Any capitalized term used but not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Business Combination Agreement (as defined below).
