This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into by Plaintiff Sherryl Medina, Plaintiff Danny Allen and Plaintiff John Carter Williams (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”), for themselves individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined below), and by Defendant Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC (“ERC” or “Defendant”). Plaintiffs and ERC are referred to collectively in this Agreement as the “Parties.”
