(“Lessor”) and City of Laramie ("Lessee"), is intended to modify and supplement the Master Tax-Exempt Lease/Purchase Agreement between Lessor and Lessee dated as of April 30, 2013 (the “Master Agreement”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Master Agreement.
