These terms and conditions, in addition to those stated in the Deposit Account Agreement govern all electronic fund transfersby ableBanking and are considered part of these account agreementsby reference. If your account is primarily for personal, family or household purposes, these transactions are governed by Regulation E and the following disclosures apply.
