AND INSTALLATION SERVICES (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of March, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CANAVERAL PORT AUTHORITY, an independent special taxing district and political subdivision of the State of Florida (“CPA”), whose address is 445 Challenger Road, Suite 301, Cape Canaveral, Florida 32920 and MUSCO SPORTS LIGHTING, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company, whose address is 100 1st Avenue West, Oskaloosa, Iowa 52577 (“VENDOR”). CPA and VENDOR are at times hereinafter referred to respectively as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
