Contract Type FiledMay 29th, 2013This Managed Computer Support Service Agreement (“Service Agreement”) sets forth the specific terms and conditions under which LightEdge Solutions, Inc. (“LightEdge”) shall supply certain Services to Customer. The Master Service Agreement entered into between LightEdge and Customer fully incorporates the terms herein and provides that this Service Agreement, and Customer’s execution of the Master Service Agreement constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated herein. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Master Service Agreement. The Initial Term length for this Service is set forth on the applicable Purchase Agreement, executed by LightEdge and Customer, making reference to this Service.
