This Class Action Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 29th day of October, 2024, by Nancy Paperno and Robert Gibbany (“Plaintiffs”), on behalf of themselves and the Settlement Class, as defined below, and Defendant Whirlpool Corporation (“Whirlpool”), to settle, fully and finally, all of the claims that have been or could have been brought in the putative class-action Lawsuit (defined in Section I.A. herein) against Whirlpool relating to certain refrigerators described below.
