This Right of Access Agreement between the City of Sunset Valley and property Owner authorizes the City and its employees to enter onto the above Property in the area described or referred in Section A below (the "Evacuation Route") for the purpose of establishing an evacuation route in the event of an emergency such as flooding or wildfire.
