This Interconnection Agreement (this “Agreement”), under Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (the “Act”), is effective as of the 7th day of June, 1999 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Bell Atlantic - Pennsylvania, Inc. (“BA”), a Pennsylvania corporation with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103, and Qwest Communications Corporation (“Qwest”), a Delaware corporation with offices at 4250 North Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203 (each, a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
