THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is by and between ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, with a mailing address at 201 South Rosalind Avenue, Orlando, Florida, 32802-1393, on behalf of its Health Services Department (the “County”), and IMPOWER, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation with a mailing address at 2290 North Ronald Reagan Blvd., Ste 116 Longwood, Florida 32750 (the “Agency” or “Impact”). The County and the Agency may be referred to individually as “party” or collectively as “parties.”
