Michigan State University Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) issues the reloadable Visa Debit Reloadable Card (herein called “Reloadable Card”), which can be used to make purchases. The Reloadable Card is funded by electronic deposit from MSU, to use for travel expenses. In this Agreement, the terms “we,”“us,” and “our” refer to MSUFCU and the terms “you” and “your” refer to the individual who obtained the Reloadable Card. By activating and using the Reloadable Card, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
