This Participant Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between R3 LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“R3”) and you (you or the “Participant”) with respect to your participation in the Global Insurtech Challenge (the “Challenge”), a global competition that will allow you to present your insurance CorDapp’s ideas and, if you are selected in R3’s sole discretion, receive certain assistance in developing and testing your CorDapp in light of deploying it for commercial and production purposes.
