This Agreement, entered into between Independent School District No. 2169, Murray County Central Schools, hereinafter referred to as the School District, and the Minnesota School Employees Association, hereinafter referred to as the Association, pursuant to and in compliance with the Minnesota Public Employment Labor Relations Act of 1971, as amended, is made to provide the terms and conditions of employment for the custodians and food service employees covered by this bargaining unit during the duration of this Agreement.
