ACCEPTANCE. This Purchase Order (“Order”) constitutes an offer by GTA, as identified on the Purchase Order, (“Buyer”) to Seller and becomes a binding contract on the terms set forth herein when it is accepted by Seller, either by acknowledgment or by the commencement of performance hereof. Any acceptance of this Order is limited to acceptance of its express terms and conditions and any proposal for additional or different terms is hereby objected to and rejected. No revisions of this Order shall be valid unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Buyer; and no conditions stated by Seller in accepting or acknowledging this Order shall be binding upon Buyer if in conflict with, inconsistent with, or in addition to the terms and conditions contained herein, unless expressly accepted in writing by Buyer.
