This document establishes the relationship between the University and caterers/restaurants/food service providers who have received permission to provide catering services. These guidelines provide protection for the university, facility damage, food safety, as well as the health and well-being of students, faculty, staff and guests consuming food/beverage items prepared by food service providers other than Sodexo.
