These Terms of Services and Licence are applicable to any quote issued by Renaissance to Licensee and accepted by Licensee (“Quote”) to provide access to the Applications, Hosting Services and Services identified therein and to Licensee’s use of the Applications, the Hosting Services and Services. Each Quote shall be deemed to be part of this Agreement and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Renaissance reserves the right to modify these Terms of Services and Licence at any time in its sole discretion. Any revisions to these Terms of Services and Licence will be posted on this page.
