THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease”) is made by and between W.T. WAGGONER ESTATE, INC., a Texas Corporation with an address of P.O. Box 2130, Vernon. Texas 76384 (“Lessor”), and WADE AND CHRISTI KNIGHT, (an) individual(s) (“Lessee”). Official notices to Lessor may be sent to the above address to the attention of Marisa Tole, Cara Blanca Park Manager. Each of Lessor and Lessee are sometimes referred to in this Lease as a “Party” and together, the “Parties.” This Lease shall be dated effective as of the later of the dates signed by the Parties below.
