PICTURES The following 3 motion pictures (collectively, “Pictures”): Spider-Man (2002) Spider-Man 2 (2004) Spider-Man 3 (2007) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, CDD shall be entitled to remove Pictures from the VUDU Service at any time in its sole discretion upon prior written notice to Distributor, provided that CDD shall provide a comparable replacement for any removed title.
