By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Site. Westland provides the information and services on the Site to you conditioned upon your acceptance, without modification, of the Terms. This Agreement may change from time to time and it is your responsibility to review them when requesting service or conducting business herein.
