The 5-Actions Program™ (www.5actions.nmcrisisline.com) is the property of Digital Therapeutics Group LLC, that has licensed use of the program to New Mexico Human Services Department, Behavioral Health Services Division, through its affiliate relationship with ProtoCall Services, Inc. doing business as the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line.
