This Construction Contract (the “Contract”) is made as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between El Paso Community MHMR d/b/a Emergence Health Network, a governmental agency established under the Texas Health and Safety Code and subject to Texas Government Code Chapter 2258‐ Prevailing Wage Rates (herein, “EHN”) located at 1600 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79902, and (herein, “Contractor”).
