1, 2013, is executed and delivered by the City of Lake Elsinore (the “City”) and Union Bank, N.A., as Dissemination Agent (the “Dissemination Agent”), in connection with the issuance of the $ Lake Elsinore Recreation Authority Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds (Public Facilities Project) Series 2013 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds are being issued pursuant to provisions of an Indenture, dated as of 1, 2013 (the “Indenture”), by and between the Lake Elsinore Recreation Authority (the “Authority”) and Union Bank, N.A. (the “Trustee”). The City and the Dissemination Agent covenant and agree as follows:
