Under the authority of the Nebraska Inter-local Cooperation Act, Article 8 of Chapter 13 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes, this Agreement is entered into between the Douglas County, Nebraska, (herein after “Douglas County”) a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, by and through the Douglas County Sheriff, and the City of Lincoln, Nebraska a municipal corporation of the State of Nebraska (herein called “Requesting Agency”) for the purpose of providing forensic services.
