This agreement for the provision of services associated with Parsons Brinckerhoff (“Agreement”) is made and entered in this February 17, 2015 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City)” and Parsons Brinckerhoff (“Consultant”).
