This SITING AGREEMENT (together with all exhibits appended hereto, this “Agreement”) dated as of , 2022 (the “Agreement Date”) is made by and between RIVERSTONE SOLAR, LLC a Virginia limited liability company (“Developer”), and THE COUNTY OF BUCKINGHAM, VIRGINIA, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “Locality”). Developer and the Locality may each be referred to herein as “Party” and collectively, the “Parties.”
