This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into , 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Irvine Ranch Conservancy, a California non-profit public benefit corporation (“Conservancy”), and the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, by and through its OC Waste & Recycling department (“County” or “OCWR”). Conservancy and County are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
