No retaliation or reprisals will be tolerated against any individual who, in good faith, complains of, reports or participates in the Investigation of any incident of alleged harassment. All employees are entitled to employment free from harassment, violence, threats, intimidation, bullying and other disruptive behaviour. Certain forms of harassment in employment (including harassment that is related to race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, age, sex, marital status, family status, citizenship, disability, or sexual orientation) are also unlawful under the Alberta Human Rights Act.
