That in furtherance of urban redevelopment in the Quincy Center Urban Revitalization District, pursuant to the Quincy Center Urban Revitalization and Development Plan, as amended from time to time, the Mayor of the City of Quincy is hereby authorized to enter into a Land Disposition Agreement with the designated affiliate of Atlantic Development (the "proposed redeveloper") providing for the sale of property owned by the City and consisting of several contiguous parcels (including a portion of Parkingway to be discontinued by the City as well as a portion of the former Ross Lot). Said parcels are more fully described in said Land Disposition Agreement. all in accordance with the terms of the Land Disposition Agreement attached hereto and fully incorporated herein by reference.
