This Parking Easement Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated for reference purposes as of the day of , 201_ (the “Effective Date”), and is being entered into by and between FJS INC., a Texas corporation (“Grantor”), and CITY OF ANAHEIM, a charter city and a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and the laws of the State of California (“Grantee”). Grantor and Grantee are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” Grantee also includes the successors and assigns of Grantee. This Agreement shall become effective upon completion of construction of the Parking Garage.
