ARCA and 4301 are sometimes each referred to as a “Party” or jointly as the “Parties.” RECITALS 1. ARCA is a Corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the state of Minnesota and has substantial experience in the collection, sale and disposal of household appliances throughout the United States.
