This Agreement is entered into by and between Motlow State Community College, Smyrna, Tennessee (hereinafter referred to as “MSCC”) by and through its Career and Technology Programs Department (hereinafter referred to as “CTPD”) and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Chattanooga, Tennessee (hereinafter referred to as “UTC”) by and through its College of Engineering and Computer Science (hereinafter referred to as “CECS”). This Agreement implements the educational (transition) pathway for students completing their Associate of Science and Associate and Applied Science degrees from CTPD at MSCC into the bachelor’s degree programs hosted in CECS at UTC.
