This Memorandum of Understanding (the “MOU”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Northfield, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the “City”), and Cannon River Offroad Cycling and Trails, a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the State of Minnesota, 304 Oxford Street, Northfield, MN 55057 (“CROCT”); (collectively the “parties”).
