This AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), is made as of July 22, 2013, by and among NPC International, Inc. (the "Company"), Restaurant Holdings, LLC ("Holdings"), NPC International Holdings, Inc ("Parent"). and James K.
