THIS INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective , 2020, by and between SALT LAKE COUNTY, a body corporate and politic of the state of Utah (the “County”), and RIVERTON CITY, a municipal corporation of the state of Utah (the “City”). The County and the City are sometimes referred to individually in this Agreement as a “Party’ and collectively as the “Parties.”
