This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into on this day of , 2020, by and between the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (“BART”) and the City of Berkeley (“City”) to cooperatively pursue transit oriented development (“TOD”) and the implementation of Assembly Bill 2923 (“AB 2923”) at the Ashby and North Berkeley BART Stations.
