Harrogate Borough Council (“the Funder”) has agreed to pay the Grant, subject to annual review, in the amount of £32590, to the Funded Organisation to assist it in carrying out the Project. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions on which the Grant is made by the Funder to the Funded Organisation. These terms and conditions are intended to ensure that the Grant is used for the purpose for which it is awarded.
