This MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“MSA”), effective as of August 1, 2024 (“Effective Date”), is between Virginia Commonwealth University, a corporation and an institution of higher education of the Commonwealth of Virginia, whose address is 912 West Grace Street, Richmond, VA 23298 (“VCU”, or “University”), and Kaigan, LLC, dba PestMaster a company, with offices located at 9716 South Virginia Street, Suite E-F Reno, Nevada 89511, (“Kaigan, LLC, dba PestMaster” or “Firm”). VCU and Kaigan, LLC, dba PestMaster are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
