the City of North Miami, a Florida municipal corporation, (“City”) with a principal address of 776 NE 125th Street, North Miami, Florida, and Avenues of Excellence, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation registered and authorized to do business in the State of Florida, having its principal office at 2842 NW 212th Street, Miami Gardens, Florida 33056 (“Subrecipient”). The City and Subrecipient shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and each may individually be referred to as a “Party.”
