This Agreement is made by Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing and Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union (“USW”) and its Local Union 8-957 (“Local Union”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Union”) (together the Company and the Union are referred to as the “Parties”). By its signature below, Viatris Inc. agrees to guarantee the Company’s performance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement should the Company be unable to do so.
