THIS AGREEMENT is made this ____ day of ________________, 20­­­­____, by and between the State of South Carolina, its agencies, political subdivisions and entities entitled to utilize state term contracts relating to Information Technology (Government) and the individual signatory hereto, a person who wishes to work with the Government as the employee of a Contractor which has agreed to provide employment services pursuant to state term contracts for the purpose of temporary employment in the provision of Information Technology services (Consultant).
