This MARKETING LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") entered into this 14th day of April, 2020 ("Effective Date"), by and between Municipality of Casselman, Ontario, a municipal corporation in the Province of Ontario ("Municipality"), and Service Line Warranties of Canada, Inc. ('SLWC"), a corporation organized under the laws of British Columbia, herein collectively referred to singularly as "Party and collectively as the "Parties".
