(the “Borrower”), and LA COMETA PROPERTIES, INC., an Arizona corporation (“La Cometa”), POORE BROTHERS - BLUFFTON, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “PBC”), TEJAS PB DISTRIBUTING, INC., an Arizona corporation (“Tejas”), BOULDER NATURAL FOODS, INC., an Arizona corporation (“Boulder”), BN FOODS INC., a Colorado corporation (“BN Foods”), RADER FARMS, INC., a Delaware corporation f/k/a RADER FARMS ACQUISITION CORP. (“Rader”) in favor of U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association (the “Bank”). This Security Agreement (Blanket - All Business Assets) (the “Agreement”) is dated for reference purposes as of May 16, 2007 by THE INVENTURE GROUP, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), and LA COMETA PROPERTIES, INC., an Arizona corporation (“La Cometa”), POORE BROTHERS - BLUFFTON, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “PBC”), TEJAS PB DISTRIBUTING, INC., an Arizona corporation (“Tejas”), BOULDER NATURAL FOODS, INC., an Arizona corporation (“Boulder”), BN FOODS INC., a Colorado corporation (“BN Foods”), RADER FARMS ACQUISITION CORP., a Delaware corporation (“RFAC”) in favor of U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association (the “Bank”).
