This Guaranteed Energy, Water, and Wastewater Performance Savings Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day last signed below (the “Effective Date”), by and between Honeywell International Inc. (“Honeywell”), having its principal offices at 115 Tabor Road, Morris Plains, New Jersey 07950, authorized to transact business in the state of Florida and the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a municipal organization duly organized under the laws of the State of Florida ("City"), for the purpose of installing certain equipment, and providing other services designed to reduce energy or water consumption, wastewater production, or energy related operating costs for City.
