THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this__ 21 day of September_______ 2020, by and between [NEWCO],Briggs & Stratton, LLC its successors or assigns, hereinafter referred to as “Company” and the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial, and Service Workers International Union, on behalf of its Local 2-232 AFL-CIO, CLC hereinafter collectively referred to as “Union.” Pronouns used in this Agreement such as “he,” “his,” or “him” shall apply to both sexes and shall be so defined.
