This Membership Form (the “Membership Form”) is a contract between Micro Focus Software Inc. or, if You are a Canadian entity, Micro Focus Software (Canada) Inc. (either, “Micro Focus,” as applicable) and the customer entity named below (“Customer,” “You,” or “Your”). Participation in the Master License Agreement (“MLA”) Program is subject to all terms contained herein. Upon acceptance of Your Membership Form, Micro Focus will assign a unique MLA number to You.
