This Electronic Communications Agreement (“Disclosure”) applies to all communications related to the demand deposit account (“Deposit Account” or “Account”) and accompanying services available through the Purple mobile application (“Mobile App”). This Disclosure supplements and is to be construed in accordance with the terms of the agreement (“Agreement”) you received when you obtained the Account.
